Abstract
Both the Saving and the Investment are indicated as the most important sources of wealth for the countries that try to forge strong based economies more than in the commerce or the
market, in the possibilities industrial that the above mentioned relation can throw for an economic supported growth. Nevertheless, some empirical and real evidences break the above
mentioned relation; doubting even the complementarity of the above mentioned variables  opposite to the economic ascent of the nations.
Therefore, the interest in this new paragraph takes root in promoting constructive worries as for
the handling of the ambivalent speech that in occasions is used to indicate the incidence ofÂ
these variables on the countries, since in the middle of the capital mobility and the destination that these take there exist other sources of investment that they have displeased to the saving, even more in yes same, the saving presents itself as a form of real and not monetary investment: source for the attainment or formation of investment.
Precisely in order to construct elements necessary for the review of these comments, there will be analyzed the behavior of the investment and the saving in Colombia and in Medellín, taken
