Abstract
The increasing number of research papers in Europe and Latin America concerning theory and applications in organizational communicating, goes in hand of researchers from different schools and viewpoints, with their own paradigms, and slowly they shown the different perspectives in this area. In this paper, we discuss and study the advantages of being halfway three them: the possibility of relating, criticizing and contribute ideas to the development of this science, from an applied perspective.
