Abstract

The increasing number of research papers in Europe and Latin America concerning theory and applications in organizational communicating, goes in hand of researchers from different schools and viewpoints, with their own paradigms, and slowly they shown the different perspectives in this area. In this paper, we discuss and study the advantages of being halfway three them: the possibility of relating, criticizing and contribute ideas to the development of this science, from an applied perspective.

Autor de prestigiadas publicaciones sobre management y estrategia, la mayor parte de ellos publicados en editoriales de Europa y los Estados Unidos: Gestión 2000, Deusto, Ariel, Paidós, Furtwanguen, Wilson & Cox, McGraw Hill y Executive Business School Publishing. En Marzo de 2015 ha sido ingresado como miembro de la Real Academia de Doctores de España.
