Abstract

This article describes why social media become an almost
essential element in today’s business management. In reaching
this conclusion a number of qualitative and quantitative
techniques were used. It highlights the advantages and features
of the implementation of a Social Media Plan in order to argue
and reason the benefits that a proper management of a strategy
in social media provide to an organization.
