AbstractThe author considers the scenario to be highly competitive where today’s enterprise moves as a surrounding that demands high leveis of effectiveness and clarity in the processes of Communications. Based on examples he has gathered through his consultancies to various Iberoamerican organizatíons and long-run researches in Europe and North America, Cassany confirms that the investment in tongue is not only profitable but furthermore necessary and that the processes of internai and externai Communications based on the written text, imply image costs and money that they should become a motive of reflection and intervention on behalf of the corporate communicator.
