Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é caraterizar o conteúdo bibliográfico relacionado com o comportamento dos riscos financeiros no sector bancário e segurador durante a crise causada pela pandemia de covid-19. Para tal, foi realizada uma revisão bibliométrica com Bibliometrix do RStudio e uma revisão sistemática da literatura entre 2020 e 2023, com o objetivo de identificar os locais, universidades, países e autores que estudaram o tema, bem como os possíveis problemas e características do sector financeiro (banca e seguros) desde o início das restrições resultantes da covid-19 até aos dias de hoje. Destaca-se que os países anglo-saxónicos e europeus são os que mais estudaram estas questões, além de identificar a importância do sector na recuperação da economia dos países emergentes, bem como identificar e caraterizar os riscos de crédito e de carteira que podem ser minimizados a partir de aspectos empíricos e, se necessário, gerar as estratégias necessárias para que a materialização desses riscos não tenha um grande impacto no contexto económico do sector e da economia do país.
