Contractual Interpretation and the New Steps of the Cuban Legal System

Abstract

This article is intended to perform an evaluation of the positive and negative aspects of the main changes experienced by the Cuban legal system in relation to contractual interpretation. For such a purpose, a study of the legal texts containing norms on the topic in question is made, making special emphasis on the last norms put into force.
