POLITICAL POWER IN THE FRAMEWORK OF POST-HUMANISM: GLOBAL ECONOMIC, PHILOSOPHICAL CHANGES AND POLITICAL STRUCTURES

Abstract
The last decades incorporate new elements of epistemological character on which a new modernity is recreated, changes in the forms of relationship of individuals, among these, institutionalism, new contents in culture and its cosmovision of society. This article incorporates some of the fundamentals of post-humanism, the changes experienced from scientific progress, icts, the positioning of society, its implications in the forms of interaction as an individual and social integration, its relationship with institutions, especially as the construction of the State and democracy, as well as the ideals that are sought to live better. Methodologically, it is proposed to establish the character of integrality of its actions, and the real possibilities of transformation in those societies in process of change, to which the dynamics of globalization submits to new challenges, typical of its excluding and marginalizing tendencies, through an analysis of current and prospective real contexts. Finding in this investigative approach that the traditional privilege of the individual as the measure of all things, is relegated by post-humanism; the presence of an information society in which the accelerated and transforming effects have ended up evidencing the arrogance of the infallibility of the human being, and the need to adapt to the new conditions of modernity, leaving for further work the question of what political power should be established to legitimize, regulate and control these post-humanistic developments.
