Abstract
The proposition of Nobel Prize of Economy; James Tobin, to conceive a regulating tax to speculative capitals, is destined to protect world's benefit in general through a small dissuading measurement against the benefits of speculative capitals. The tax was structured to brake the speculation responsible for major fluctuations in currency exchange and serious damages to the economies.
