Main Article Content

Abstract

The study presents a description, analysis and comparison of the satisfaction with their life and the sense of belonging and integration of Spanish adolescents with their educational center. Too often international studies on education give priority to academic results, without taking sufficient account of the complexity of the educational process or the perspective of the students themselves and the satisfaction of their lives.
Relevant bibliography and data from the PISA Report of the 2018 edition, specifically from the section on the influence of the school environment on the lives of students, have been used to carry out the research.
With the contributions of the authors and PISA is presented the look of the students on vital satisfaction and integration in the educational center. The comparison with data from different countries is also interesting. The educational process goes beyond formal and curricular learning, it is also necessary to guide, train and train students capable of integrating into adult society and have a positive sense of life.
