Calificación productividad empleo y salarios
Main Article Content
Abstract
Studies undertaken over wages inequality in developing countries establish that such a problem is linked to an increase of salary gap between qualified workers and those unqualified. Similarly, work characteristics have changed giving way for the workers to have' a high qualification level and become polyvalent beings; One other, aspect of utmost importance lies, in that the greater polarization of labor markets suppose a higher degree of unemployment and/ or of low salaries for those less qualified workers, causing that the economic aperture adopted in the region does not generate the effect of augmenting the demand and the remunerations related to non-qualified jobs as supposed by conventional theories.
