Perspectivas de la enseñanza clínica del derecho en Colombia

Abstract

This article briefly exposes the shortcomings of law teachings in Colombia highlighting, as one of the main ones, the formalist and positivist vision of law. It reviews the Juridical Advisory Bureau’s activity and the appearance of the clinical method as an alternative to traditional teachings. Finally, it expounds the perspectives of juridical clinics; and introduces the Public Interest Juridical Clinic of the Faculty of Law of the University of Medellin, as a pilot project.
