Abstract

Due process is a basic right that contains principles and guarantees that are indispensable to observe in the diverse procedures, in order to obtain o substantially just solution, ahva’.s required within the framework of the Social. Democratic, and Law State. It is even one’s right to participate in a procedure handled by individuals with certain concrete qualities and functions carried out in conformity with those norms pre-established in the juridical ordinance, where it should be decided according to the pre-existent substantial law, as long as an opportunity is given to hear all the individuals that may get affected by the resolution adopted therein.
