Abstract

This research is a theoretical approximation
to a contradiction between the
juridical-political feature and the real materialization
of Human Rights in Western
society. It studies, from a philosophical side
of the problem, some of the theories that
have been formulated about the contradiction,
and presents a historical analysis
of Human Rights. It provides an idea of the
way Human Rights are structured and proposes
an interpretation of this in a theory
of tension between its abstract universality
and its necessity for concretion that cannot
be easily resolved because of its genesis
