A paraphrasing: the pedagogy is going well. And, what is going on with education?

Abstract

Between pedagogy and education there is an encounter which contact defines a unity conformed by though and work. Pedagogy is understood, in a concrete way, as rhe reflection on education, while education is assumed as materialization of ideas expressed by the pedagogy. This article state a concern- which sense consists in pointing out that education has failures not properly caused by lack of ideas but for the excess of though which motivates to change and change, without a satisfaction of expectations by the society which are basically: the ones of living well without violence. The purpose is oriented to underline the need that teachers recognize their autonomy through thought so their actions as thinkers are oriented and they can perform theory  professions as figures of meaningful authority.
