RURAL DEVELOPMENT BASED ON INNOVATION IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS OF WORK

Abstract
When observing from academics means, the social crisis as much as economic of Colombia, mainly in their rural area, being affected the farmers, segment of population very deeply rooted less favored by the
State, is necessary to today present/display proposals from solution to
their problems and that way same to those of the country and their
regions. What it is tried with this article, product of the project of investigation about the new management forms of work in the rural area of municipality of Frontino, is indeed to try to determine the incidence of them in the improvement of the conditions of existence of the rural population of the area.Â
