Pedagogical Dimension of Clinical-Juridical Model. The Case of Universidad de Caldas Social Juridical Clinic

Abstract
The importance of analyzing the clinical juridical model from the pedagogical dimension is highlighted. For this purpose, from specialized literature, the most representative elements for the configuration of juridical clinics and its intervention model in Latin America are mentioned. Later, Universidad de Caldas’ public interest social juridical clinic raising process is analyzed, and its academic
methodological proposal is described. It is verified that social juridical mobilization has been constantly reinvented according to the intervention context. This essay intends to contribute to clinical juridical method after determining that from an intersubjective perspective, social juridical intervention methodologies are articulated with pedagogical intentions under juridical clinical practices.
