Main Article Content
Abstract
This article is part of a social exam centered on the Venezuelan crisis and the figure of salary as a compensation mechanism and appreciation of the effort put by workers. The methodological line is held in a type of qualitative construction in which the inputs of ten informants are triangulated. The people’s opinion is part of ten Whatsapp groups and the reports and news the are generated by the national and international press about Venezuela, as well as the statistic and critical reports from the OVCS (Venezuelan Observatory for Social Confictivity). The content analysis allowed the detection of a group of categories that gives light about work conditions from motivation, decision- making and heuristics creativity in a reflexive link with the myth of Sisyphus.
