Judicial adjustment process to post-conflict: constitutional decisions with a gender approach

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to argue that the Constitutional Court has incorporated the gender approach in its jurisprudence in order to assure rights of women who have been victims of the armed conflict and this acknowledgement starts providing basis for the construction of peace, since law begins to adapt itself from the post-conflict.
