Abstract
Identificar las distintas variables de la realidad en las dinámicas de violencia en nuestro país es algo que se ve fortalecido desde el reconocimiento de los diversos trabajos académicos y literarios adelantados frente a esta realidad. El caso de la comuna 13 de la ciudad de Medellín es el eje en el cual se centra el estudio del estado del arte sobre tres categorías principales para abordar la problemática: administración de justicia, justicia pública y privada, y guerra y justicia, sobre las cuales se realizó el rastreo bibliográfico en las principales bibliotecas de la ciudad de Medellín. De esta forma se presenta la información categorizada a lo largo del rastreo bibliográfico, de manera concreta y detallada con el contraste de variables específicas.
