Abstract
Este artículo presenta un breve estudio sobre la recepción del concepto de Gobernanza en Colombia, su uso en la política ambiental y la investigación interna que existe en esta materia. En especial, el artículo llama la atención sobre la necesidad de estudiar la influencia del término en el ámbito del derecho administrativo ambiental, a partir de la importancia que otros ordenamientos jurídicos le han otorgado. En el caso europeo, la gobernanza se entiende como el modelo ideal de gobernación para gestionar los asuntos ambientales
