Abstract
En este texto, que recoge y mejora en varios aspectos uno anterior publicado en el 20111, se plantean varios temas muy relevantes para el campo de la filosofía del derecho y, en especial, para la educación legal, en la medida que
se constituye en una crítica a la manera como se ofrecen los cursos de Argumentación en las facultades de Derecho.
