Los principios bioéticos en los principios constitucionales

Abstract
La Constitución Política colombiana de 1991 consagra unos principios de manera expresa;
sin embargo el artículo 94 abre la posibilidad de que sean aplicados, dentro del ordenamiento jurídico, interno principios no expresos constitucionalmente siempre que se relacionen con la Dignidad humana. Es el caso de los principios bioéticos, que toman al Hombre y su Dignidad como la medida de todas sus reflexiones. Los avances en las Biotecnologías han generado controversias que para la Bioética son de continua
preocupación y por ello posee mejores herramientas teóricas para proponer soluciones
que el Derecho, y que pueden ser aplicados siguiendo los principios constitucionales,
en los términos del artículo constitucional mencionado
