Abstract
Las figuras de objeción de conciencia (OC) y desobediencia civil (DC) han sido estudiadas por diversos autores, pero muchos de ellos siempre acuden a los mismos referentes teóricos: 'autores frontera' que estudian dichas figuras tangencialmente al cobijo de sus tesis fundamentales y que se convierten en referencia obligada -clásicos- para posteriores investigaciones. Esta situación es propia de la aplicación del principio de saturación. El objetivo de este ensayo es tomar a uno de esos autores frontera (Ronald Dworkin y Jürgen Habermas), y analizar a profundidad el ADN de la OC y de la DC y al mismo tiempo discutir con el autor respecto de la aplicación de sus premisas.
