Abstract
Este artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación institucional denominada: 'Implicaciones socio-jurídicas del incumplimiento del pago de los aportes al régimen contributivo del sistema general de seguridad social en salud por parte del empleador', desarrollada bajo la coyuntura que traza la necesidad de determinar los mecanismos legales y jurisprudenciales, así como su eficacia y eficiencia, dentro de los contenidos que se presentan en la actualidad del ordenamiento jurídico nacional y su real aplicación.
