Abstract
Mediante el artículo segundo de la ley 14 de 2011 se introdujo al Título I del libro segundo del Código Penal colombiano un nuevo capíÂtulo, el IX, con el nomen iuris 'De los actos de discriminación', el cual se halla conformado por dos conductas punibles: (i) la primera con el siguiente denominador de tipo: Los actos de raÂcismo o discriminación (artículo 134A Código Penal colombiano) y (ii) la segunda cuyo denominar de tipo responde a: Hostigamientos por motivos de raza, religión, ideología política, u origen nacional, étnico o cultural (artículo 134B de igual codificación); asimismo tiene dos tipos subordinados: uno agravado (artículo 134C de igual codificación) y otro atenuado (art. 134D de la codificación en mención)
