Anagramas. Rumbos y Sentidos de la Comunicación, is an editorial venture that seeks to publish new knowledge in the communications sector. Anagramas understands communication as a comprehension tool that acts through scientific research of various phenomena that constitute the future of our societies. These characteristics expand and intersect with problems installed in culture, from the following approaches:

  • Computer Science
  • Entertainment
  • Advertising
  • Public Relations
  • Political Communication
  • Identity
  • Memory
  • Cultural Industries
That is to say that communication adquires the specificities of such areas and simultaneously conserves the features that make it widespread in social organization. Anagrams aims to gather outstanding research in the field of communication from various perspectives, theoretical as well as empirical or applied. Methodological rigor and obtaining research results are requirements for the revision and publication of originals.

The journal exists since 2002. It currently offers a paper and an electronic version that allows its reading anywhere in the world. The two issues published every year give a deep viewpoint on a high range of subjects for communication researchers.

Likewise, in its commitment to circulate the authors’ collaborations in different scenarios, the journal’s policy is to publish all works in open format (review open access policy) and to share the printed version of the journal with authors and evaluators.
