Abstract
En Colombia, las mujeres utilizan métodos
modernos de planificación, con un aumento
considerable en la esterilización. Sin embargo
se ha doblado el número de adolescentes
sexualmente activas y en estado de embarazo,
generalmente por 'accidentes sexuales'. En su
mayoría son mujeres campesinas o pertenecen
a estratos sociales de clase media-baja. Aún así,
parece ser un fenómeno social muy ligado a la
liberación sexual de los últimos años o mujeres
que, por causas de violencia, desplazamiento
o extrema pobreza, han sido obligadas a tener
relaciones sexuales.
