Abstract
The new ideas of communication in Latin America have expressed some regional tensions that make it possible to place the study of communication in the context of various debates, an orbit that goes beyond the traditional standards of communication, since its close relationship with development maintains its full relevance in each of the discussions offered in different scenarios of power. This multifaceted scenario will be an opportunity for professors and researchers to submit new challenges to society.
